These terms summarise how CrafLogix works, based on our product documentation. They are not a full commercial contract. Questions? Email hello@craflogix.com.
CrafLogix is online software. Each customer company gets its own workspace with name, phone, email, and address on file. Signing up creates that company, links your user to it, sets up default roles, and applies starting settings.
You sign in with a user account. You must belong to at least one active company. Inactive companies drop out of your session. Inside a company, roles control what you can hide, view, edit, or delete — including extras such as reordering driver stops.
You only get features for modules that are active for your company and not ended. Standard subscription modules include Manufacturing, Delivery, Collections, HR, Sales, Procurement, and Inventory.
Finance and Recipes are part of the product but are not listed as those standard module types today. We confirm how they are packaged when you buy.
Platform operators may adjust which menu items your company sees. The home dashboard must stay available, and at least one menu item must remain on.
Plans set module limits and monthly or yearly pricing fields. Checkout and renewals run through Stripe. Subscriptions can trial, stay active, fall past due, cancel at period end, change plan, and related states.
Stripe billing invoices are separate from day-to-day customer or supplier invoices inside Finance.
Published list prices, refunds, and trial length are not in product docs. Commercial details are agreed when you request a quote or complete checkout in the app.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, for giving people the right roles, and for setting forms, appearance, and modules to match how you work. Keep passwords safe and tell us about unauthorised access.
Contact forms are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Sending a message does not by itself start a paid subscription.
Product docs do not set governing law, liability limits, uptime guarantees, or refund rules. Those belong in a separate signed agreement if you need them.
Flag for legal review: this summary is plain-language product behaviour only — not a substitute for counsel-approved terms of service.
We may update this summary to match the product. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you have a signed agreement, that agreement wins where it conflicts with this page.
