Yes. CrafLogix is a cloud-based ERP (enterprise resource planning) system built for small and mid-sized workshops, fabricators and manufacturers. Like a traditional ERP it covers manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, sales, HR and accounting, but it also handles delivery scheduling and customer pickups, and you only subscribe to the parts you need instead of buying one large package.
CrafLogix is split into eight solutions: Manufacturing, Logistics & Delivery, Collections, Human Resources, Sales, Procurement, Inventory and Finance. You subscribe to the ones you need and can add more whenever you're ready.
Yes. Every business gets its own private workspace, and your information is never visible to other businesses. Within your business, each person has access to the parts they need.
When you mark a job as complete, CrafLogix can create the delivery ticket or customer pickup for you and carry the customer and job details across. When the driver marks the delivery as delivered, the job is updated too.
A delivery ticket holds everything about one delivery: the customer, address, contact details, instructions, preferred time slot and status. The daily driver schedule is where you put tickets onto a day, with a driver, vehicle, time slot and running order. Changes to a ticket carry across to the schedule automatically.

Fast Track marks a job as urgent. Fast Track jobs stand out in colour on the job list, alongside overdue and due-soon jobs, so urgent work isn't missed.

Yes. Sign up online and your workspace is ready to go, so you can try CrafLogix for free.
Ask AI is an optional assistant. Ask a question in everyday words, such as "Where is the job for Smith Ltd?", and get a clear answer about your jobs, deliveries and pickups, with links to the records. It only reads your information, never changes anything and only answers using what that person is allowed to see.
With optional guided tours. A help button walks people step by step through the page they're on, so new staff can learn without formal training.
Yes. You can run more than one branch or site under one business and keep stock for each location separately.
Yes. Key screens, such as the job list and the daily driver schedule, are laid out for phones as well as desktops. Drivers and dispatchers can check the schedule away from a desk.
