You subscribe to areas such as Manufacturing, Delivery, Collections, HR, Sales, Procurement, and Inventory. Your company only sees the modules it has active. Core tools like roles, forms, and the dashboard come with every company.
Your company Super Admin invites users and sets roles, forms, and appearance. Platform operators manage company accounts, optional Ask AI, How-To tours, and some menu options — your company admin cannot change those platform switches.
By default, finishing a job can open a delivery ticket or a collection for the customer — depending on how the order is set. You can turn that automatic step off if you prefer.
A ticket is the delivery request (open, scheduled, delivered, or canceled). Scheduling puts it on the day’s driver board, where you can drag stops into the right order.
Yes. Company admins use Forms & Columns to add fields (text, number, yes/no, date, dropdown) and choose what shows on lists — for the whole company, without a software release.
Fast Track is the default label for urgent production jobs. You can also colour rows for overdue, due soon, and urgent work.
You pick a plan and the modules you need. Payment runs through Stripe. Dollar amounts and trial length are not listed on this site — ask for a quote or try signup at https://trial.craflogix.com.
Ask AI answers questions about production orders, deliveries, and collections in plain language. It only reads data — it does not change records. A platform operator turns it on for your company and sets usage limits.
No. In-app How-To tours are switched on by the platform operator for your company. Your company admin cannot change that switch.
Yes. A person can be linked to more than one company. They only sign in to companies that are still active. If they have none, login is blocked.
Finance (accounts, journals, invoices, payments, reports) is part of the product. It is not one of the seven standard subscription module types today. We confirm Finance packaging when you request a quote. Recipes sit with Manufacturing the same way.
