This notice covers the CrafLogix marketing website and, in plain terms, how the hosted CrafLogix app handles company data as described in our product documentation.

If you use the contact form, we collect what you type: name, email, company, optional phone, message, and any modules you tick.
We use that only to reply and follow up. We may keep a copy of your request. If email sending is set up, a copy goes to hello@craflogix.com.
The live product (including signup at https://trial.craflogix.com) gives each company its own private workspace. One company’s records are not mixed with another’s.
Depending on what you use, the app may store:
People are linked to companies on purpose. If someone has no active company, they cannot sign in. Branches and roles further limit what each person can see and change.
Product docs do not publish a full legal supplier list, data location, or retention schedule. Email hello@craflogix.com if you need those details for a contract.
This marketing site may use essential cookies for security and form protection (for example to stop forged form posts). We will update this page if we add analytics or marketing cookies.
We keep contact-form messages while we handle your enquiry and for normal business records, then remove or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.
Product docs do not set a fixed retention rule for app data. Ask us if you need a written retention statement for your company.
